Stayed for almost 5 weeks at Ria's place and I highly recommend it! Everything I needed for my day to day living for a month was there so it was pretty convenient not to go out and buy a ton of supplies. The unit has nice AC, washer/Dryer, and a full functioning kitchen. The unit also offered a gym and parking spot for free if you end up renting a car during your stay. Place was clean and as described from the photos when I arrived so that was great! The area itself is also nice and quiet but you will need to drive out to have access to any restaurants and stores since its not that walkable. Grab Food delivery is only available until 10pm since security does not let any deliveries in after that time because of quiet time? Not sure what that was so I had to walk outside to the main gate to get the deliveries at 3am. Overall, a good experience at Ria's place and I will definitely stay there again when I visit the Philippines. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. There is literally no need to bring normal "living" items as Ria supplied everything from body wash to razors to spare toothbrushes.......the kinds of things that make you feel more at home......the same goes for the kitchen "essentials".....bravo Ria! This apartment is a corner unit, which means very quiet. The building staff and security personnel are very friendly and top notch. Everything worked as it should....and when I had a question, Ria was very responsive. If your destination is the Quezon City area, you cannot go wrong if you choose Ria's place.

My family enjoyed our second stay at Ria's place. The complex is very secure and feels safe. The complex and the unit are clean and nice.

Ria's place is great. Looks just like the photo's. Ria is great also. Always responded quickly, and was very helpful. She even offered to provide an amenity not listed for no charge. I have already booked my next stay at her place.

I Highly recommended about this place. Ria is an exceptional host. She goes above and beyond for her guest. Communication is great. Thank you Ria and Rita for a wonderful stay.
