Great location host was great answering right away when needed dirt build up on banister and crowded pool area was the only slight negatives overall was a great bnb

It’s a newly built home in a quiet and natural scenic neighbour hood. Made some good memories here with my family. Can easily accommodate 8 persons. Kids can also enjoy the bunk beds and the TV shows. Impressed with the quick response and friendliness of the host. Went out of way making sure our specific needs are met. Highly recommend this for families planning trip to Bryce and Zion.

Overall, nice place, very new and in good condition. We enjoyed the location and having a full sized garage to store our bicycles while there. Most likely would stay again. I had some minor issues: 1. Communication with co-hosting was ... odd? I don't think I was communicating with a single person, maybe some AI...not sure. I tried using online chat to resolve minor issues twice but neither chat got me what I needed. 2. No glassware in the kitchen (all plastic tupperware). 3. Garage code never worked. 4 Towels are old, worn out and evidence of use for house cleaning (bleach stained, ragged). Be aware the clubhouse, pool, lazy river look fabulous in the pictures. Our experience was overcrowding in hot tub and max occupancy rules were not enforced. Also some deferred maintenance issues, which I hear will get taken care of at some point. Thanks.

Clean and comfortable. Just a quick overnight trip but everything was as advertised and expected. Thanks for having us.
