The apartment is nice and easy to find. I think you should put a number 122 above the door and that would make it even easier to find. The apartment is clean and nice. It is a typical small apartment, but that's just normal for this area of town. It is close to many attractions and tourist areas in the Colonial Zone. You can also take a nice walk along the ocean and find a little carnival and many parks and things on the ocean. Once day a storm did blow out the power in the apartment. Roshil was quick to come and fix the issue. He also has cable TV, it's a little hard to find the cable box to turn on and off. It's attached to the back of the TV, once you turn it on, the remote works to change channels.

Super séjour à Saint Domingue dans cet appartement, à deux pas du centre ville. Très confortable, bien agencé et spacieux, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour.

The place is perfect for me. Everything is handy, nice, clean and new. Interesting solution for small space. The landlord replies quickly and they are very helpful. Location couldnt be better. 2min from the sea, 2min from corner cafe and 5min straight to the supermarket. Thank you

Nice apartment, better for a short visit than longer stay. As a digital nomad I was missing more equipped kitchen and things like fridge or sink are small for "living". Big botellon of water, which is a standard in each Dominican home, would be nice to have too. There was no basics such as salt, sugar pepper either. However, for a short visit i think it's very nice place. Very well located, short walk to a supermarket and major attractions.safe area. Comunicación was easy too.

Super easy to find with clear concise instructions. So close to everything I walked directly from the apartment to the parks and the main strip. The owners were very attentive to one always asking if everything is going well. I would definitely recommend to anyone as well as be returning in the future
