We very much enjoyed our stay at the Studio at Red Barn Salvage. First off, communication with Christian was friendly and helpful. The keypad entryway was easy to use and handy. We were pleasantly surprised to find the interior space quite large for a studio. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated, plus it had a nice local Ohio vibe. We were able to easily walk to our daughter’s new house from this convenient location. While staying here we took advantage of the private outdoor patio area that included a raised concrete fire pit … perfect for roasting marshmallows! We contacted Christian regarding the possibility of staying an extra night. He replied quickly to our request and thankfully, he was able to accommodate us. What a gem of a place here in the heart of Spring Valley!

Christian's place is a short and easy drive to and from an event we attended in a nearby town. The location of the B&B is quiet and safe and unique. Our inquiries were answered promptly and were most helpful. If I'm in that area again, I'll definitely check this spot for availability!
