Soyez vigilant en réservant. Nous avons réservé un "double studio exécutif" et avons eu la désagréable surprise en arrivant d'avoir un tout petit studio au 4eme étage sans ascenseur, assez miteux et salle de bains vraiment sale + absolument impossible de tenir debout dans la douche à moins d'avoir 6 ans... Le réceptionniste a été réactif au moins, il nous a proposé une autre chambre, en sous-sol celle-ci. Nettement plus agréable mais installations précaires. Très peu de prises électriques et le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas donc il fallait choisir entre la lumière ou le chauffage d'appoint. En plus il y a avait des soucis avec la serrure, impossible de fermer la chambre à clé, il a fallu qu'ils interviennent 2 fois pour qu'on puisse partir se promener tranquillement, puis 1 autre fois au moment de se coucher. Toujours réactifs pour régler le problème par contre. Logement assez bruyant. Je trouve que les photos correspondent assez peu à la réalité. Je suis mitigée sur ce séjour...

Fair Pricing: 1 Accommodations: 3 Service: 2 Location: 4.5 While this spot is relatively close to Paddington Station and a fair amount of great eateries/pubs, the building/room itself is below expectations especially for the price. We arrived around 11pm due to our evening flight (which we communicated many times ahead of time so they were aware) and were grouchily greeted by the receptionist who kept sarcastically telling us we were his “last check-in of the day finally” and that “the basement room better be okay because that’s all that’s left”. It was very unpleasant after being in transit for over 24 hours. We used GPS to find the place because there were no instructions given to us, like which station exit to come out of. Room itself was very old, dingy, and tiny - bed and bathroom were relatively clean but bare bones. The room did not match the pictures. For the price I will definitely just be getting a hotel next time for some basic amenities, privacy, and comfort.

Don’t stay here if you’re over 5”3. Bed and shower too small. Room wasn’t as shown on pictures. Rubbish left in bathroom and bathroom was unclean. Room was top floor which was difficult for my disabled partner (no lift). Room was absolutely roasting which is obviously down to weather but the minuscule fan did not suffice. Noisy neighbours doing the deed all night, felt like I was in a seedy hotel. For the price, it was shocking
