I visited for Yosemite Half marathon and this was the perfect little retreat after long days out and about. Brenda, Ron and their lovely dog Rosie went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. They really make you feel welcome. The house is such a peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature with hummingbirds, deer and turkeys roaming around the area. The room itself is very spacious and has a great comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. It has a private area of garden for you to use which is very serene, but Brenda and Ron will happily let you sit out on the other parts of the garden whenever you like. They make you feel comfortable in their home like you’re part of the family. For visiting Yosmite national park, you’re around 25 minutes from the south entrance and you get the added plus of all the amenities of staying in a town with a selection of restaurants, gas stations and bars. In this sense, staying in Oakhurst gives you the best of both worlds. You’ll love it!

We had the most amazing stay at Brenda and Ron's place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their tips about Yosemite made our trip so much better. And Brenda's breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kickstart our day. We even had our 1-year-old with us, and the room was great for families. Hands down, the best Airbnb experience ever!

Our first experience staying with a host. Brenda and Ron were warm, friendly, provided helpful suggestions for our trip, and were accommodating to the needs of our family with two young sons. They provide a fantastic breakfast and stocked our room with some snacks and beverages. They were fun to socialize with in the evenings but also happy to give you your privacy if that’s what you prefer. They truly go out of their way to make sure their guests have a great experience. We were up very early to go to Yosemite most mornings of our stay and breakfast was always ready for us with items available to go as well. Our private room was plenty spacious for us and comfortable. The house is very nice and in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

So happy we had the chance to stay at Brenda and Ron’s place! Their home is beautiful, the unit itself is extremely spacious and they were so helpful! Breakfast was also wonderful Can’t really get any better than this
