Welcome to my cozy private Key-West style Suite and experience beautiful sunsets and relaxation while swimming in a large beautiful private 44' heated pool overlooking Sandpiper Bays' 14th Fairway. The 1,400 sq ft Suite is exclusive to my quests as well as the private yard, pool, patios and deck area and is perfect for a good night's sleep. The Suite is available for mature adults. Persons under age 35- please notify owner for per-approval. The 1,400 sq ft. private rental suite has (1) Queen BR and (1) King Bedroom which features an extra large, beautiful bathroom with a 5’ x 5' walk-in shower and laundry area. The bathroom is accessible from the larger king bedroom and best suited for (2) Adults. Additional (2) quests- maybe acceptable with prior owner notice. The great room has a full kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator, dining and living room area with free WIFI. The room has high vaulted ceilings with sliding glass doors and retractable screens that open out to the pool area under the covered area offering beautiful sunsets over the golf course.

I spent 4 nights in Dorothy “slice of heaven”. The place is so beautiful even better than the pictures. The home has all the amenities and a beautiful pool. I was looking for a peaceful place to connect with nature and myself and I found the perfect place for that. Dorothy has been very welcoming and provided a lot of recommendations to enjoy the surroundings including amazing restaurants. I will definitely come back !

We had a very quiet and peaceful vacation. The place had everything we needed. It was clean. The pool was great and Dorothy was very very responsive and gave us good recommendations.
Dorothy’s cozy cottage is a real treat! The lap pool was wonderful, and we made several trips to the beach that was only 20 or so minutes away. Perfect location for Mets Spring Training, or fresh seafood dinners just minutes away at Jensen Beach or Stuart! Would love to come back!

Just 2 blocks north is the "Saints Golf Course" which is owned and operated by the City of Port St. Lucie and offers lessons and has a nice restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Located at 2601 S.E. Morning-side Blvd. A tranquil residential neighborhood. The City of Port St. Lucie is becoming known for their River Walkways, Botanical Garden, and a vison for developing serval activity centers to live, work and play. Currently, the city is working on the Boardwalk project on the river next to the Botanical Gardens on West Moreland Blvd.
Private covered parking is available to Guests and private access to their rental.

I have always worked in the Media industry. I grew up in Massapequa Park, Long Island NY and moved to New York City to attend NYU and worked at Time Warner Cable and NY1 news. In 1995 I relocated to Miami Beach because of a job offer and desire for a change of lifestyle. In 2000 I found a cute little house in Sandpiper Bay and built my little slice of heaven which includes a 1,400' 2 BR Guest Suite overlooking the golf course with a lap pool.
