Easy to communicate with host (responsive). Would be better if it is self-check in. The price is a good value in line with good location (near A'Famosa Water Theme Park & Safari Wonderland & Freeport A'Famosa Outlet). The pool of the house is at the back so the privacy is guaranteed; only the next house can slightly see through the pool area. The water in the pool not very clear/clean but the pool size is big. The BBQ pit is a bonus. The overall cleanliness is just okay. Unfortunately the washing machine door can't be opened thus unable to wash clothes. Other unfortunate thing was the water inside the house were very slow but it was our mistake to have not informed regarding the issue while staying. Karaoke set is super fancy and we enjoyed using it very well (need to bring own microphone). Airconds worked well, house is big, enough chairs and tables, cutleries, platter, glasses are available to use. Refrigerator is big and clean. Overall, recommended and will come again.

first and foremost,thank you for letting us rent this villa for our vacations.But i would like, to take up some points,and hopefully it can be improved.When we first enter the house,we noticed the house was not properly clean.the floor were dirty and the toilet is very smelly.Even the bbq pit isnt properly clean.And then we noticed,the house have very smelly odor,which is very uncomfortable.when we called the house keeper,she only response at evening,around 5pm.which is the issue was resolved late.Hopefully,the host can improve all this problems,because im giving this villa a very bad review.tq
