April and Ilan truly exemplify exceptional hosting in Boca Raton. I wholeheartedly recommend their place without hesitation. Their hospitality goes above and beyond, and their warmth and friendliness make the experience even more delightful. Plus, their dogs added an extra layer of joy to my stay!

April and Ilan are just two genuine, authentic, and kind hearted people. Adele and Ludlow are two energetic and lovable fur pups. Their home is beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and such a prime location for me as a student who completes clinicals all over Boynton Beach. Stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes away, anything you need is all in the area. They have everything you never thought you needed in the personal bathroom, which exceeded my expectations. They made me feel welcome and always helped in any way they can. Whether that’s with Miami recs or even utilizing an extremely useful gadget to help relieve the kink in my neck lol. There is no doubt that I would book another stay with them in a heartbeat. Because of them and the pleasant experience I actually enjoyed this time in Florida that much. Anyway, great people, great dogs, great place. 10/10

Two large aggressive and protective dogs, no lock on the small and very uncomfortable bedroom, and a host that couldn't CARE less about her guests comfort and safety. In short, a recipe for a miserable night. I paid for two nights but left after one sleepless night. Upon arrival the host allows her dogs to jump on you and then bark and growl while she advised, "they are very protective of me." The room is off the living room where the dogs roam freely, and you have to leave your room to get to the bathroom. The room is small and nasty with an uncomfortable bed and it's hot unless the very loud floor air conditioner is on, next to the bed. I braced the chair against the door handle for security as there is no locking mechanism. When I called Airbnb, they asked me to upload videos of the door and the dogs. Not feeling comfortable confronting the dogs and the hosts at 11 pm, I uploaded pictures of the door and the room. After I left in the morning I asked for a refund of the unused time

April’s place was as it’s listed. 1 room, comfy bed, nice closet, iron, small desk, small fridge, portable A/C unit in room (in addition to gentle central A/C.) Clean, modern bathroom across the hall. A good basic safe convenient location. The dogs are adorably sweet & except for tiny barking when I arrived, they were totally chill. I would stay again if available.
