This is my first time booking a place in Vietnam so I relied on pics and reviews. Overall, this is not the worst place but it needs maintenance. Pros: secure building, security guards around the clock, AC units in the place works great, gym and pool access, close to many places, has cafes and restaurants nearby, convenient store next door Cons: ants, place is a lot older and smaller than what the pictures show, not as clean as pictured or advertised, stains on almost all the walls, bed is very stiff (common in many places around here) Ants: None of the reviews I read talked about this so just wanted to share what to expect. There were ants on the table, kitchen counters, sink that I saw immediately after I walked through the door. We got in around midnight but we spent some time wiping and getting rid of the ants. For the rest of our stay, we had ants. Were very small, we just got rid of them whenever we saw them and wiped the area.

schönes Gegend, gute Kommunikation mit Inhaber, was uns nicht gefallen sind: die Ausstattung für Küche ist nicht ausreichen ( kein Tee Löffel, zu wenig Sache für die Küche , damit man die Schwierigkeit hat wenn man zu Hause essen will !) damit man kann nicht wie Zu Hause fühlen !

Great stay! Pictures and listing as described - pool is beautiful. Thang was also a very responsive host! Provided clear and instructions and was always quick to answer any questions I had.
