My uncle and I stayed at Skifters place one night. We arrived late in the night and left early the next morning. However, everything was perfect for what we needed and seemed it would be perfect for longer stays too. Skifter was nice and understanding about my late arrival. If you need a nice, affordable and large place thats located VERY close to a convenience store, look no further!

Location of the place is good, easy to find. Bathroom was dirty with absent shower door, unclean commode, had to clean it myself. Kitchen wasn't clean either. Used sheets in the closet. Dirty window coverings. Signs of drunken debauchery throughout the place (punched through bedroom door, knife mark on the living room door, splatter of some sort on the walls, smoke smell everywhere). Sad that originally decent place is not kept up at all. Of the positives I must say that Skifter was quick to respond, met us at the right time, and showed us how to turn the heat on as the apartment was still cold at the end of June. He also came right away the next day to replace a broken shower hose that was spraying all over the bathroom.
