We were disappointed with this booking, we did not get the room we booked. The apartment we got instead was poorly cleaned and had big stains on both the walls and all over the couch. And when we tried to get a new room or refund the host bearly looked at us and did not listen to our needs. We did get new clean towels, because the other ones were stained.

The room is located strategically at the CBD, nearby the tram stop. Convenient store just nearby. The room is comfortable and clean, suitable for 2 adults. Easy to cook as they got stove and microwave. But the host took few days to reply any questions ans hard to reach. Hence please ask any doubts during check-in at the counter. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Recommended!

My initial experience was very dubious - the first room we were placed in was very noisy and somewhat tired. However Jai, who was looking after us was a real lifesaver - he had moved us to a clean, beautiful and quiet room on the 4th floor and it turned to an amazing stay. Massive thanks to Jai for his amazing help and great communication.

The apartment does not have wifi, the heater/cooler is broken and the apartment is not the same one as pictured. While the location is great, the lack of communication from the host was unacceptable as he never replied to my messages.
