Monteverde was the second leg of our CR trip. Our other destinations were near the beaches and we spent a lot of time in those houses enjoying the pool, cooking, etc. This house in Monteverde is more of a place to rest at the end of the day and it did its job perfectly. The house is cozy, clean, free of odors. The only negative was that the room upstairs was pretty loud at night with all of the wind in MV. It is also not a great place if you plan to save money by cooking meals. The kitchen is suitable mainly for breakfast and coffee. The best part was the host Elvis. He went above and beyond with helping us plan our trip and book local activities in the area. He is super knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The house is within a 15 minute drive of the activities in MV and Santa Elena. Overall, I highly recommend this house unless you are looking for something more extravagant.
All went smoothly!
This place exceeded our expectations and worked well for our group of 9. We rented 2 units side by side. It had great parking and was close to town where there were multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Elvis is amazing and was so friendly and responsive. He checked in on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was questions on directions, excursions, or restaurants he gave quick responses. His recommendations were always accurate. The units themselves are private and allow you to enjoy the sounds of nature. Each unit had a beautiful bathroom and adequate kitchen to be able to cook anything you like. The balconies were a great spot to relax each night. Overall we couldnt be more pleased and will definitely return. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family.

We are a party of 12 and were hesitant when choosing this location. But it was so worth it when you saw it in person. Beautiful location, calm, and Elvis is so responsive. He helped us to coordinate the tours and with taxi service. Definitely we will visit again in the future. Felt like staying at home. Thank you Elvis for all your help
