Katie was very accommodating to our last minute booking. She was quick with communication. The house was large enough for our party of 10. We will definitely return to Black Butte!

We had a wonderful stay at the Barker's BBR home! Our (extended) family spends a week together at BBR each summer, and have for decades, so we have stayed in our share of rentals. Katie's home is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. Katie was very responsive in her communication, as well. When we left a few things behind, she let us know and helped facilitate their pick up later that day. The home is also in a fantastic location at the Ranch. We loved it and will certainly be back!

We spent an awesome week at this home. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice with beautiful updates. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals at home and has a large island that is perfect for everyone to gather for meals. The updated bathrooms were great, and the heated floors were an added bonus on chilly mornings. We spent a lot of time on the large deck, grilling, eating meals, having coffee, and looking at the stars at night. The AC was a lifesaver on the couple of really warm days we had so we could cool off before hitting the bike trails. The kids loved the loft area. They liked having their own space and beds. The location is great with just a short walk to Paulina pool and the creek. We had no issues with the home, and Katie was amazing and very responsive with any communication we did have. Overall, we had an awesome trip and have already booked our next stay!
