The house was perfect for my moms birthday celebration with our family! The views from the house were amazing ! Seeing the reflection of the fall foliage on the water was picture perfect! It was peaceful, private and had everything we needed! Being here in the summer would be a perfect opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful pool, boating on the River and the beach! We will absolutely be back! Thank you Cheryl and Nick for opening up your home !

We loved our stay at Cheryl’s home!!! The location right on the water is stunning, it was so relaxing to wake up to that view. The robes and slippers were an awesome touch, we felt so luxurious. Even in the rain we still enjoyed the property, the pool and hot tub were warm and easy to use. Thanks Cheryl and Nicholas!

Cheryl's place was a perfect gathering spot for our extended family. The house is extremely comfortable, well-equipped and homey - while also feeling special and luxurious. The workout equipment, pool, hot tub, fire pit, river access and ample outdoor spaces ensured that everyone in our multi-generational gathering could hang out, socialize, and enjoy themselves. The generously sized dining table and entertainment seating was wonderful for our big group. Each bedroom was charming and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. Everyone slept very well! Cheryl and Nicholas met us at the house, gave us a tour, and made us feel right at home. They were super-attentive and responsive during our stay. Wonderful hosts! I recommend the special home highly and hope to stay again myself in the future. Thank you Cheryl!

Cheryl was the ultimate host for an incredible property. She was responsive, helpful, and proactive with recommendations and guidance. The property itself was a dream, even better than the pictures. It is the perfect location for a family vacation, get together, or reunion with old friends. You have everything you need, no reason to leave. This is the most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Cheryl and Nicholas are incredible hosts. The Airbnb was spotless and the communication was great. We had such a wonderful time that we are already planning to come back next year. Thank you for everything!
