Logement très bien, bien situé à quelques minutes à pied des trams et bus. Luci fait en sorte que tout se passe bien, un très bon moment passé à Prague !

I am in Prague for a mid-term project, and this is my first bad experience, all previous and current reservations trough AirBnB went well, apart of this one. First issue was regarding the space: what is described as a "whole flat" is a room in the basement (in european standards = guest room). Keys to the room not provided (only for the main gate and house entrance). Privacy sometimes disturbed (it is enough to shout from the upper floor to communicate). Location is in a nice and residential neighboorhood, but far from the city. (at least 10min walk to next tram stop, then more 20min more or less to the closest Shopping Mall ). Distances are bigger than described: St. Vitus Catedral 7,6km, not 4km; Prague Castle 7,5km, not 4,1km; and so on. The wifi didn´t work at all (although a technician was called). Many of the amenities are described as included, but only after check-in you get informed that there is a price for: -Continental Breakfast = fee not mentioned -Dinning/Breakfast provided = fee not mentioned -Bedroom with 2 single bed (king size if you join them together, not 3 beds) -Washer in the building, free or for a fee = it is not for free (and as it is far from the city, there is no Laundromat nearby) In my experience, not recommendable for business travelers (my situation), because you find yourself far away from the city in a room without internet. Neighborhood, although nice and green, no supermarkets, grocerie stores or restaurants nearby (perhaps in the Golf Club, couldn´t check). Otherwise, the room was clean, the host really takes care of the house. And the birds truly sings in the green neighboord.

Luci collected us from the airport and was a very pleasant hostess. This is a clean and convenient accommodation which we would recommend & Luci went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
