If you anything like me, it is a great place to stay in Graz. The apartment located relatively close to the center part of the city, but not to close. Very peaceful and beautiful location with an easily accessible public transport and stores. So if you interested in the ouskirts, hikes and forests of the city more than in historic center, it is a wonderful choice! The apartment itself if also good. It has everything I needed

Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Leider quietscht das Bett, die Tür zum Flur lässt sich nicht schließen. Der Fernseher war viel zu leise eingestellt, mit einer PIN im Hotelmodus gesperrt und auf meine Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort: Da hätte es noch nie Probleme gegeben und man würde sich das gelegentlich anschauen. Mir hat das leider nicht geholfen, auch wenn das Haus hellhörig ist, ich hätte meine Nachbarn nicht durch zu lautes Fernsehen gestört. Es war leider schlechtes Wetter, da wäre der Fernseher schon hilfreich gewesen.

The location is on a quiet street in a residential area a 30min walk from the centre of Graz. It was very peaceful and quiet in the residential area and we felt very safe in the evening and night. The apartment is a good size and the balcony offers a sunrise for breakfast which made a lovely start to each day. It is also very well equipped with a microwave, stove and lots of utensils and Tupperware too. Would definitely recommend.
