Same comments as all the other reviews - the view is amazing and doesn’t get any less amazing the whole time you are there. Great location for getting into Galway and Oranmore itself has everything you need. Heather was really helpful and friendly and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only negative is the telescope in the living room. My wife threatened to divorce me if I didn’t stop loudly announcing every time I saw a swan on the water or seagulls fighting over food or horses in the field or the lights from the big wheel in Salthill!!

The Bird House at Orenmore Castle Beach is simply devine! Such a fantastic location that offers a unique experience in a small town just outside of Galway. Privately tucked away, but with in comfortable walking distance to wonderful stores and pubs, this property is absalutly amazing! The view and all the amenities offered in this fabulously modern home are thrilling and delightful. With private parking, spaciousness inside and out and a view of Galway Bay to die for, the sunrise and sunset experience alone set on a castle beach, with horses grazing in green lush pastures in the near distance, we couldn't have asked for more. But we truly DID get so much more with the kind and generous hospitality of our sweet host Heather and her fantastic husband just through the woods if we needed anything. It was such a pleasure to meet her and her beautiful family who made our stay so warm, welcoming and enjoyable! We can't wait to come back! Thank you Heather everything! Slainte!🍀

Wonderful stay; beautiful setting; beautiful house; all we could have wished for! I would definitely come back and stay in this house next to a castle, in front of the bay. Breathtaking sunsets… within walking distance of whatever we needed!! The house was spotless; kitchen well equipped; beds comfy… and the view. The view was amazing. Loved my stay in this house next to a castle…

Absolutely perfect place to stay for our family vacation of 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is kid-friendly and heather even contacted me proactively the day of check-in to see if I needed the crib set up. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The view is stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are spread out and quiet with thick walls and every room has a full attached bathroom so everyone gets plenty of privacy. The location is quiet and peaceful but very close to walk to coffee shop, grocery store, playground and restaurants and pharmacy . Short drive in to Galway. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
