This is a great place for anyone wishing to stay in the Bayside / Brighton area whilst meeting friends and family or visiting Melbourne. Peaceful and very private. 5 mins from Sandringham Station, the place is beautifully done and it is far from ‘Tiny’. Laura and James were great hosts.

It was second time for us to stay at Laura and James house. I really thank them for everything they did. Especially the warm welcoming was really nice. It made my heart happy so much! When I need their help, they always help us quickly and kindly. I really appreciate their kindness. Highly recommend!!

A perfect space for a Melbourne sand belt golf trip. Such a functional space with everything you need and way more spacious than I originally thought. The Location is within 15 minutes of all the big golf courses with a very good coffee shop within a 200 metre walk of the house. Awesome space, Laura was great to deal with and will definitely be back!

I really love this place.The house was clean,stylish and spacious. James and Laura have welcomed us warmly and helped us always kindly. On the first day, they kept our room warm for our early morning arrival. They also prepared bread and snacks for us, which was really helpful. They even helped me out when I couldn't get into the room properly, even though it was a busy morning. They also gladly delivered our luggage and mail and were very tolerant of our mistakes. My family and I had comfortable and relaxing stay.Everything we needed was provided. Beside my kids really love the trampoline and skylight !! Highly recommend!
