I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying with Sunil and his family. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced with a warmth and kindness that made me feel like I was among family. The host's genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my stay. The cozy and impeccably clean accommodations felt like a true home away from home. What truly set this experience apart was Sunil's hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable visit, offering invaluable local insights, sharing meals, and stories with me. I never felt alone during my stay, and their genuine interest in my well-being touched my heart.
The accommodation is in a beautiful setting with a community that is safe. Sunil and his family are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating in any way needed. They make delicious meals and snacks. There are many varieties of things to do, locally and in the capital, which is about 30 minutes from Sunil's home. Sunil is very familiar with the landscape and the capital and can easily help navigate and provide much information on many of those places. He can also provide guidance, etc. on places outside of the Kathmandu Valley. This is not my first time to Nepal, but upon my return this time, I've traveled to many new places and saw many new things- there is so much to see!

I am a member of Nepal Volunteer Helping Organization (NEVHO), a volunteer organization that supports local education and development. I sell Pashmina scarves and other locally-crafted items.
