We had a great stay at the Apartment. It was exactly as described. We were worried that the bar might be too loud but the sound was very low and did not bother us. Overall, very clean, and well equipped. Just right for waht we needed.

Kim and Bonnie the hospitality they provided was the perfect amount of responsiveness and proactive communication I’ve ever received. They gave us updates on specifics where we knew what was going on in the community even before locals did. They were lovely and attentive without being over communicative. The apartment was in the best location and absolutely perfect for enjoying the towns best bar and local events while also being so close to campus. a lot of out friends preferred to stay at “our place” longer before driving to their bnb locations for the night. We also expect this will be our favorite place to stay and also recommend to other Delhi Alumni visiting for reunions or events. The space was clean and stocked appropriately but had a nice homie feel. Great amount of chairs and seating space for friends to hangout for a few hours. Beds were comfortable and great storage space for luggage. Overall a great stay and nothing negative to say about it. Thank you Kim and Bonnie!

My son goes to SUNY Delhi. Stayed here twice already. It’s immaculate, comfortable and we love it. Would highly recommend. The hosts are so helpful, respond immediately and so accommodating. There is everything you need here. It’s an adorable place. The beds are so comfortable and it’s so clean! Would stay here again in a hearbeat! .

Communication with Kim was almost immediate and she was so nice and friendly with answers and recommendations! The place is clean, extremely clean. It was set up perfectly with all amenities listed on the site. The place is quaint and comfortable, and the decor gives it a very "home-type" vibe... I only wish I could say my home was this well-kept! Check-in was easy. The beds were very comfortable, not cheap mattresses like I have experienced at other Airbnb's. The location is perfect for visiting the Delhi campus. Everything is walkable - groceries, restaurants even the campus if need be. I was skeptical about staying above a pub, but the music wasn't loud enough to bother us and wound down before midnight (it was a Karaoke night, which is honestly mentioned in the write-up) and the food at the pub was very, very good! I almost regret writing this, knowing my son may choose to attend SUNY Delhi, and I would definitely want the dates open to rent on our next visit! A perfect stay!!
