Little Cartref is a great property, it is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a super comfy bed to relax in after the pleasure of a lovely walk in shower. A fabulous TV with SKY channels for young and old alike. The lounge area is very spacious and comfortable for relaxation and/or work (if required like me). The kitchen is fully equipped and came with loads of freebies such as wine, lager, milk, various foods and much more (possibly the best welcoming package ever). The building is set back from the road so it’s lovely and quiet. Secure parking is also provided and ample space for any size vehicle. I took the 'gamble' of booking it for a second week for which now looks like a very shrewd move on my part :)

This was our second visit to Little Cartref, we came back because it is a walkable distance from the town centre, clean, well resourced accommodation and dog friendly. As with our previous visit, communication with Sarah was easy and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Cartref. It was comfortable and spacious for the two of us and our greyhound. The garden was very secure so that we could leave the door open and our dog could go into the garden when she wanted without us worrying about her escaping. It’s a ten minute walk to the Main Street, where there are lots of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We had a day at Sissinghurst Castle, which is 20 minutes away, and a day at Camber Sands and Rye, which is 25 minutes away. Thank you Sarah, for a lovely break (and for the treats!).

We really enjoyed our stay! Good place to come to with dog and baby too. They had everything we needed and lots of extra treats. I really liked the location as well as easy to get to lots of places. We visited Great Dixter, Rye and the Old Dairy Taproom in Tenterden which we walked to.
