Very cozy space and comfy beds! Close to good restaurants and stores but in a quiet neighborhood. It was a good base for our weekend trip!

Wonderful place to stay. Easy to find, and even though it’s close to the freeway and stores, it’s very quiet. Karmen’s communication was excellent, both in the app and in helpful signs left around the apartment. I only stayed 2 nights, but it had everything someone (or a group) would need for a long term stay. Karmen’s dog was upstairs the whole time so we never met, but I never heard any barking or loud noises. The bed was comfortable, the humidity was set just right, and I slept great.

We had a lovely stay at Karmen’s place. We arrived late at night and the house and entry were easy to find. We were greeted verbally with a few short barks from Louie through a closed door when we entered and he quickly stopped. The entrance was easy to find and well lit. The place was a nice basement apartment, just as described. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked well stocked with supplies. The apartment was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed restful sleeps. After we checked out I texted Karmen and notified her that we had left. Within a few minutes she called me and let me know that we had left an electric toothbrush in the bathroom. We were able to turn right around a return to get it. She was waiting and walked it out to us with no lost time at all. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.
