I stayed in the casita for one month while working in LA. I loved it! Great location walkable to sunset shops. Private patios and well decorated interior. A great spot to call home for my stay. Thank you Deborah!

The location is walkable to all the best in Silverlake. While the casita is charming and the grounds cute, we showed up to an unpleasant situation. We found black mold; clothing in the dresser; messy grounds/patio (somewhat due to rains, but mostly just not maintained); and the house was cluttered - every drawer looked like an overfilled junk drawer, and some in the kitchen were filled with trash and crumbs. Worst, we found mouse droppings in several places, including the kitchen. Cleo did what any professional longterm rental landlord would do - offer us $1000 in compensation - and we truly appreciated it, but still had to do a deep clean and pest control ourselves. Be aware: Internet is spotty, couch is hard and casita is tiny, <500 sq ft. Worst of all, Cleo's neighboring property's gate severely damaged our car. There's no censor or warning signs and Cleo has refused to reimburse our costs, so we went out of pocket, awaiting insurance. Pros: Location, comfy bed, cute design.

Great few month stay at this cute bungalow! Updated and full of character, walking distance to the heart of silver lake. Would absolutely recommend. For fur legged friends, just be cautious because there are a number of places they can escape from the yard. Other than that a really nice stay and Cleo was very responsive!

This place was great! Cleo was super flexible and understanding with my visa issues. I spent 10 weeks here and enjoyed my stay! Hoping to be back soon. Walking distance to coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. Good location for sight seeing. Thank you for everything.
