The houses have a spacious yard which is fenced, ideal for children and barbecue for you and your friends. It is only 2,5 km from the incredible beach in front of the house which is almost private. Also, the common known beach Ammolofoi is only 1km away.The distance from Nea Peramos is approximately 9 km. Just 100m from its quiet beach and very close to well-known several beach bars! It also has nearby restaurants like Alburo and the five star hotel Ocean View. The houses include a large terrace, garden, barbecue and parking. The house is cool with many amenities!

The accomodation has a quite big and nice courtyard, with a narrow but beautiful sea view. It needs an upgrade of the bathroom and the stove from the kitchen. The house is in the proximity of the beach and sea. The house is like a duplex and the courtyard is a shared one. Overall, Maria was a good host and the accomodation also.

O casa curata, bucataria bine dotata. Aerul conditionat bine pozitionat. Chiar daca este langa drum, faptul ca dormitorul este in spatele casei, era liniste noaptea. Totul a fost bine. Unicul lucru am de spus este faptul ca in zona debitul de apa la robinet este foarte slab. In curte creste un copac cu smochine, numai bune de cules si mancat in luna august. Masina de spalat spala foarte bine rufele. Mulțumesc, Maria pentru gazduire.
Great villa with everything you need for the stay. Incredibly beautiful view, easy to find location and beach next to the villa. Host Maria is super nice, good and very friendly. She was interested during the stay if we needed anything. I recommend the place. We'll be right back. Thank you
