Solid location between Cooperstown downtown (7 Minutes) and Dreams Park (15 Minutes). Cooperstown has a great downtown and waterfront area, and this location made it easy to get back and forth from. The Host Scott was extremely accommodating throughout our stay and a solid guy. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you get a chance take a charter with him on the boat as the lake is fantastic and he is a great tour guide. Awesome trip across the board. Thank you Captain. Scott :).

We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to Cooperstown with all the great restaurants (many we found thanks to Scott) and close to Dreams Park. It was an easy drive to both. We found some time to walk the trails around Scott's place and enjoy porch sitting! Scott is a great host.
