Magnifica vivienda, amplia con cuatro habitaciones y bien equipada, Si hay que añadir algún "pero" sería el aparcamiento, te ves obligado también a alquilar la plaza de garaje (vale para dos vehículos) toda vez que el entorno es solo para residentes. Si quieres acceder al centro en transporte público, el 5 y el 25 tienen parada a apenas 100 metros, y si quieres ir a pie son dos kilómetros por la playa de la Concha.

Buena ubicación . Andando a ciudad aprox 30 min. Playa de Donosti a 5 min . Terraza agradable y vivienda correcta .

Stunningly beautiful property and in a great location! There was plenty of space for all of us and then some! Beds are very comfy and there is a lot of closet space. The outdoor area was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again.

We really did not enjoy our stay here. While the photos look great, almost everything was of inadequate quality and in disrepair. But first things first: the AWFUL smell. The lower level (2 bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room) smelled disgusting, of old wetness, humidity, and sourness. The windows are really high up in the bedrooms (and none in the bathroom), so we could not open them and get some air. The downstairs AC unit would switch off on its own, adding more staleness to the air and ventilation. We reported the issue, and it was fixed, but we had to keep the AC on +19C (on +66F), VERY cold, the entire time, just to get some air movement. Definitely not a good place for people with allergies or sensitivities of any kind. Many other items were broken also, such as one of the blinds, which came off on our first night, got "repaired" the next day, then nearly fell on someone's head because it wasn't repaired properly. Shower pipe almost coming off the wall, dirt in the bathrooms, awful stench from the dishwasher, very suspicious black holes in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms inside the shower (placement made me feel very weird because of all of the hidden camera horror stories), malfunctioning parking space gate opener button, missing blackout curtains in two of the rooms, wallpaper falling off a wall, etc. The place has great potential, but is definitely not being maintained properly by the management company.
