Filippo was very proactive and helpful. He kept in touch with us even when we were having problems with our phone. Filippo fitted in with our arrival and departure times and greeted us warmly, giving us a full run-down on the villa. He kindly provided us with some basic items for breakfast and also led us in his car to a nearby supermarket. The villa was of a high standard, as expected given the cost. It had been renovated very well. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation, but there was no dishwasher. Every part of the villa was spotless. The highlight of the property was the wonderful, and immaculate, garden – large, well-maintained and private. The large terrace was ideal for meals al fresco. The neighbourhood was quiet. The sea was 100 metres away, fringed by rocks so a little difficult to enter. The small town of Parese is dire , whereas Spirito Santo – within walking distance – is a pleasant little port. Finally, there is a wonderful seafood shop just around the corner!

Filippo est un hôte très accueillant et très réactif. De gentilles attentions à notre arrivée et à notre départ. La cuisine et les salles de bain sont bien équipées. Il y a une climatisation dans chaque chambre ce qui est primordial pour bien dormir quand il fait très chaud.

We had absolutely no problems. Host Filippo was super friendly and helpful. Internet was really good even for 6 people working. Nearby is seafood market where you could by freshest oysters (they open them for you) for 1euro. Can is advisable, unless you don’t mind walking 17-20 minutes to train station

We stayed at the Villa for four nights in May’23 and had a wonderful time. Filippo was an excellent host!. Highly recommend him and the Villa!! The Contreras Family
