The house is located in the city center, 20 kilometers from the city of Zadar, 50 meters from the sea and has about 120m2. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle. Living room with a comfortable dining table and large seating area with sea views, Wi-Fi and TV. The terrace offers a view of the sea. In the yard there is a parking place and a barbecue Posedarje is a place near the Zadar. Apartment has a 100m2 with the view to the sea. Apartment is on the top floor of the family house. It is 30m from the sea. It has bog terrace with the view to the whole bay. The whole flat is very modern. It has 3 bedrooms and balcony with the table and chairs. There is a grill and a space for rest in the yard. There are lot of grenery all around. There are coffee bars and restaurants with a good pizza nearby. We also have a shower in front of the house. You can rent a kajak or spend free time in the park. The health centre is near the house. The sea in the bay is very warmly and there is a beautiful view to the National park Velebit. In the sea you can see a small church surrounded with a sea and sandy beaches. Equipment for the handball is available. The sea is not deep so it is appropriate for the children. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

Super appartement, très propre et spacieux pour 5 personnes dans une petite ville tranquille pas très loin de zadar ou split. Les hôtes sont très sympas, même si il est difficile de se faire comprendre en anglais. Nous recommandons cette adresse !
Wojtek: Generally speaking conditions were perfect: from most basic things like comfortable beds to more sophisticated like air conditioning and kitchen's equipment. Householders were very friendly and guest. House is perfect for 5 even up to 7, 8 people. 100% sure that everybody will enjoy holidays spent there. Przemek: my opinion about Host&House first few words of Nekić Family. There are friendly and open persons. Was helpful about base information : food, places, beaches and more. house was quite big for 5 persons. I think so enough big for 6-7 persons . Home had all necessary facilities: wifi, TV, balcony and air conditioning (huge plus). Posedajre is cheerful place for person like calm. Town had great fish market and restaurant. I recommend the Posedajre and Nekić Family to Holiday
Nous sommes resté dans cet appartement une semaine en juillet 2013. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis et offert régulièrement des produits de leur jardin, ce que nous avons apprécié. Situé dans un village familial, à 50 m de la mer. Restaurants et bars tout proches en bord de mer, ainsi que petits supermarchés. Mer très calme car située dans zone protégée. Propreté impeccable.
