Staff was very responsive to our queries and friendly host and team. Very easy check-in process and pictures and descriptor were precise. Very convenient location and cleanly maintained property. Little far from Indian wells, if you are here for tennis.

This place was just *fine*...unlike a past reviewer didn't have any issues with check-in. Pros: - the staff were very helpful and great - location is central to palm springs - quiet - easy included parking Cons - No free-wifi - Dated lobby / building - Furnishings felt very cheap (bed creaked!) - Hot tub was broken through our entire stay

This is a vacation condo complex. Everything that you would expect from a hotel is provided here. Some highlights: we loved the heated pool and giant spa, BBQ grill for every unit, kitchenette ensuite, borrowing DVDs from the front desk. We would definitely return.

The pictures were no where near the same as where we stayed. They put us in a corner room under the stairs with a view of nothing. The room was dark and only had 2 queens. We were told two twins and a king. The place was so loud with doors slamming and the people upstair. You could hear every step and door. The place is tired and not super clean. The soap was gross smelling and so was the “conditioning shampoo” which was as thin as water. The doors and cupboards were filthy. We asked to be moved and the staff was great and moved us but the room had no view and wasn’t as represented. There were a decent amount of harmless homeless people in every bus stop that we went to and there was no direct route to downtown. It got us 4 blocks away. They have a little concession/store at site but one bottle of water was 9 USD!!!! I would say this was far from luxury. The beds are old and soft and tired People would go to the pool and take all the chairs by laying their towels
