You’re right next to Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort at the Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach chairlift. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, Kitchenette, Awesome views, and a sofa bed in the living room. This condo Sleeps 4. This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. • Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance) • One (1) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. • Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. • During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm. •All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster. There is a $50 pet fee per dog per stay. Cats are not allowed. There is a small kitchenette to prepare your own home cooked food. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom as well as a queen-sized futon for sleeping in the living room. It is perfect for a small family of four or two couples that don’t mind sharing space. During the winter, Boulder Ski Lodge, StageCoach and Boulder Ski lifts of Heavenly are right down the street (less than a mile away!) available right at your fingertips. We do not issue REFUNDS due to weather, air-quality (AQI), or driving conditions. Professionally cleaned and stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc…) before each reservation. Additionally, there are amenities that include a refrigerator, small cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. In the building, there are two other AirBnBs available. From the deck, proceed down a set of stairs to the front door of this beauty! There are a community pool and jacuzzi in the neighborhood for our guests to use. Near Downtown You’re located just a short drive to the heart of downtown and Heavenly Village. Romantic The spectacular mountain views at the condo provide the perfect backdrop for your romantic getaway. Heated Pool (Currently Closed) A swim in the heated outdoor pool is the perfect way to unwind aprés-ski. Hot Tub (Currently Closed) There is an outdoor hot tub just down the street for you to use Near Hiking Trails Walk right out to the mountainous trails of Kingsbury and Stateline, NV! Summertime makes this home ideal for your hiking and Lake Tahoe beach fun! Stock up on snacks, There are several Trailheads close by Near Golf You’re just a quick drive to Edgewood Golf Resort. Grab your clubs and go. You will have a completely private stay, the only “shared” spaces are the HOA pool and HotTub.
