Le logement est assez beau, les meubles y sont très beaux. C'est agréable. Nous y étions seuls et n'y avons croisé personne. Il est situé en arrière cours. Autant dire qu'on entendait les mouches volées.

I very much enjoyed my stay. It was spacious and clean with a nice balcony over a courtyard and a hammock. Good wifi. Hot water consistently with good water pressure. There is a small kitchenette with a 2 burner, coffee maker, fridge and sink, and minimal kitchen equipment. There is some bar noise some nights but nothing that ear plugs don’t muffle out, even with windows open. The location is fantastic, close to good restaurants, the grocery and the central plaza. Very much worth the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Mauricio's place in Esteli. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony looks out on to a peaceful courtyard where we were lucky enough to see Hummingbirds and Orioles. It's in a great location near the Parque Central, with plenty of food options and bars within a few minutes walk. Mauricio was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Esteli!

This place is a lot nicer than the pictures appear. It's a beautiful colonial house with a courtyard in the middle and rooms on either side. Very private and very spacious, the bedrooms are much bigger than they appear here with super high ceilings. We only stayed one night but it was great for us. There is a kitchen and fridge downstairs but it's not very well stocked so don't plan on cooking yourself if you stay here yourself, everything else was great though!
