So beautiful and peaceful, bucolic really, magical and a rare airbnb that actually exceeds expectations - the location was stunning, a gentle river, canoes on the shore, sweet little dock, outdoor games, a beautiful pool, well manicured lawn and gorgeous flower beds - and the trees, oh the trees, beautiful, majestic, old trees gently swaying in the breeze, all sorts of birds from wild geese with goslings running about, songbirds, fish literally leaping into the air. The historic home has been beautifully cared for and every possible detail was considered in making this airbnb user friendly. Honestly, we've stayed at many airbnb's but this was by far the most beautiful, inside and out, and the owners have an excellent eye for detail. All the usual stuff of course but when they said the kitchen was fully stocked, they meant it, and the extras such as little tiny motion activated lights, treats, aloe vera gel, sunscreen, the list goes on and on. Perfectly magical!

Came to Rockton for a wedding at The Pavilion. This property was perfect. Huge yard, fire pit fully stocked with wood, beautiful riverfront setting. Used the provided bikes twice. Jeff even brought us life jackets, without being asked, when we took one of the canoes out for a spin on the River. The house is beautiful with multiple porches to enjoy the surroundings. Jeff and Leanne provided many items to help us feel welcome, including decaf coffee, high chair for our granddaughter, plenty of toilet paper, etc. Lots of little things that add up to a wonderful experience. Finally, the flock of American White Pelicans on the river was awesome. Amazing to see these huge birds up close.

Back for a repeat stay at Leanne’s place! The river front view and gorgeous property make it easy to come back! Leanne is super responsive and friendly!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was such a peaceful property that really felt comfortable and like home! The house was so charming, and it had everything we needed. The pool was such a wonderful amenity as well. I would most definitely stay here again, it was one of the highlights of our trip!

The peace, magic, and history of this home loving cared for by Jeff and Leanne just has to be experienced to be fully understood, along with their generous hospitality. The best airbnb out there. Feels like a privilege to be able to stay.
