Wunderschön gelegene Wohnung mit phantastischer Sicht auf den See. Sehr nette Kommunikation und Empfang durch Hélène mit wertvollen Tipps. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe! Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück unbesorgt stehen lassen. Vielen Dank liebe Hélène-wir hatten eine zauberhafte Zeit bei Ihnen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Hélène et Michel. L’appartement est grand et confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac d’Annecy. Un grand soin est apporté à la propreté et aux détails. Hélène et Michel sont réactifs, disponibles et discrets. Ils nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. La localisation est idéale, permettant de rejoindre la piste cyclable en quelques minutes à pieds, et Annecy en une dizaine de minutes à vélo. Une boulangerie et une station service se trouvent de l’autre côté de la route. Les supermarchés sont accessibles en moins de 5min en voiture. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at Hélène's apartment. It was very close and easy to get to the lake for swimming and we regularly carried our pumped up kayaks there - it probably took about 3 minutes. The apartment itself was large and spacious - bigger than the photos implied - and it was so good to find a place that didn't have neighbours either side of us and it was very peaceful. The view of the lake from the huge balcony was stunning and I miss it already. Hélène was a great host and I would recommend anyone wanting a relaxing holiday to book.

Helene’s apartment was comfortable, spacious, spotless and had million dollar views of Lake Annecy from the balcony. I stayed for 4 nights with my husband and two teenage daughters. Both rooms have double beds and open onto the balcony with incredible views. There’s a boulangerie across the road, and several restaurants nearby including the very cool Oasis bar on the lake’s edge. It’s a picturesque 40 minute walk into Annecy’s old town along the lake. We hired electric bikes in Annecy and did the voie verte around the lake, which was fantastic. We also swam in the lake - there are plenty of places along the bank near the apartment where you can leave a towel and take a dip. There’s a Lidl supermarket a 5 minute drive away on the same road as the apartment. We only used our car once to go to the supermarket - the local bus route is free for July and August so we walked into Annecy and bussed back a few times. Thank you Helene for an unforgettable stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Hélène. Les deux chambres peuvent profiter du balcon et de la superbe vue sur le lac. L'accès à la piste cyclable et au chemin piéton est facile et rapide, cela permet de se balader facilement autour du lac et de s'y baigner. L'appartement est très propre, pratique et décoré avec goût, Hélène a le souci du détail.
