Best location possible! This location is amazing, so central and close to our favorite spots. When we wanted to take a cab, there was always a cab about a block away. The showers have excellent pressure and water flow, fantastic and luxurious. The bathrooms are split shower and lavatory for the most part, which is excellent for the 10 people we had staying there. There were very few things to improve. For a luxury setting, I would have provided more towels and pillows to guests. I would have provided dish towels for the kitchen. The listing says “washer and dryer,” but truly there is a combo washer/dryer unit that takes an insanely long time to make clothes simply “less wet.” We hung them on a rack to dry them, which works, but the turnaround time for washing clothes is at least 12 hours. Very enjoyable, thank you for the central location for our trip to Paris!

A great place to stay for our 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of bedrooms, multiple toilets and showers for a large group. Felt safe. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the train station and Louvre. Merveil was very responsive to messages and dropped off more towels when requested. Washer/dryer unit combined, but dryer did not work. Otherwise an excellent stay!

Absolutely gorgeous! There was wine, chocolates and a note from the host when we arrived. This was our first time in Paris, and the trip started off great with a beautiful place to stay. It is actually prettier than the pictures. We had a party of 5, and only use 3 of the rooms. It was nice to have the extra rooms to keep our luggage in. I read other reviews and some said they had to wait on someone to let them in the building. This is no longer true. We did not have to wait at all. The host sent us a link to a detailed video that showed us exactly how to get in the building. The lock boxes were easy to find. The apartment is a short walking distance to the Louvre, shopping and many restaurants. The metro is a block away. The first day we took a taxi to the Eiffel Tower, then walked to the arc, taken by the architecture, we ended up walking and the way back to the room, about 6 miles. The next day we walked to Montmartre. This apartment is in a great location.
