Kathryn, Tony (and Jasper!) are very welcoming ! We had a very pleasant stay at their property and enjoyed the swimming pool.

We had a fantastic time at Great Brickhill, visited Woburn Safari Park en route to the Kingshill Annexe which was a great day out for our baby boy. Upon arrival at Kingshill Annexe we were met by Kathryn who showed us around and was very helpful and attentive to our needs, we were greeted with freshly made cakes upon arrival which was a very nice touch. The accomodation is basic but clean and tidy and more than adequate for our needs, we had basic things catered for like fresh towels, shower gels, shampoos, water, bread, butter, tea, coffee, juice etc. It was 28 degrees the day we arrived but the accomodation stayed fairly cool and was comfortable. The next day we chilled by the pool which is a lovely relaxing area and a great place to unwind, the views are lovely and the garden area is well maintained. Tony and Kathryn popped by every so often to ensure we were okay and had everything we needed and later in the day they brought us some freshly made cheesecake which once again was a lovely touch. Kathryn and Tony were also very attentive to our little boy, introducing him to their dog and their chickens and they even went out to get him an ice cream as well as finding some extra toys for him to play with in the pool. Both nights we ate out at nearby pubs, The 3 Locks and The Old Red Lion...both offered good food menus, lovely views and a good drinks menu. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Tony and Kathryn were perfect hosts, very welcoming, friendly and easy to get along with. We would definitely recommend for a short stay and would consider visiting again. Thank you Tony and Kathryn for your kindness and hospitality. Richard, Ashleigh & Oliver

Lovely place, nice views, great hosts! Everything as described and more! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and would definitely stay in Kathryn’ s and Tony’s place again.

We wanted to head south for some sunshine and this was the perfect place. Lovely garden to sit out and relax in, plenty of scenic walks nearby. Many places of interest, pubs and restaurants within a 10 min drive and a great pub just a 2min walk away. Kathryn and Tony were fantastic hosts, they were available to offer tips and advice on days out and left us homemade cakes and jam which were delicious. The accommodation is delightful, very clean and a comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!
