Sinduruban’s house was very comfortable, the property is exactly as shown in the pictures. We were met by his team at check in. Communication was very easy. A very safe and quiet neighbourhood, a security guard is on duty from 6pm to 6 am. The highlight was the food prepared by the cook. It was some of the best meals we had during our entire trip. Except for the breakfast, we ate at the house. It’s a great place to relax and unwind.

Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 9 Personen da und es gab genügend Zimmer und Betten. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. WLAN hat leider die letzten zwei Tage nicht funktioniert.

There were 7 of us from an extended family using 4 rooms. All had ensuites and were bright and clean with fans and air con. We also requested 2 dinners and a breakfast to be cooked in the Jaffna style. His staff cooked us 3 delicious meals. Ruben bought us the fresh seafood everyday and went out of his way to be meet our requests. We were able to wash our clothes and have them dried as well. Highly recommend a great cafe nearby called Amachi for local breakfast and lunch.

Great, proactive host who was very easy to communicate with. He helped us with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing. Check-in was smooth and easy. The house is perfectly equipped for both short and long stays. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable and you just feel at home. The staff and the security man is very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and can absolutely recommend the house and Sinduruban as a outstanding host.
