I really liked staying at Brent and Cara‘s condo. Everything was clean and the space was very easy to live in. The people who live in the complex were also very friendly. The next-door neighbor has several little dogs who bark whenever their owner leaves, but that was the only issue, and it was really minor since I am used to barking dogs. Plus, you can’t really control what the neighbors do. Their owner was very friendly though. The condo is situated a little bit out of Birmingham, and the gym, which I frequent every day, was only about a two minute drive away, which was very helpful. There are also shops and grocery stores nearby. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

perfect location we stayed 1 month and a half we are a family of 4 and that s a great area very quite everything near by the neighboors are very friendly Brent has been very helpfull and always reactive The condo has everything you need

Looooove this apartment. If I could move here and stay forever I would. The area is beautiful and perfect for walking/running. So many hawks, chipmunks! Brent and Cara are very responsive, helpful and friendly.

The apartment was a good match for us. It’s in a quiet & accessible area but close to highway 280 if this is important to you The management is really on top of things. If there was a need he was very assessable. There were a few issues that arose & Brent quickly replied to the problem This apartment had a screened porch which we spent all our time when there during the day We would have liked more than just a couch in the living area & the one lamp made it quite dark This is another reason we enjoyed the porch Swag light ? Regardless we loved everything else & wanted for nothing Kitchen was well equipped since I cooked dinner each night We would rent here again when back in Birmingham

Brent and Cara’s place is perfectly located for anything you may need. Place was clean besides a few cobwebs which I’m sure they will get taken care of. The owners are absolutely awesome people!!! Very responsive!! I stay in a lot of Airbnb for work and this place was great!! Only thing they could do different is a better bed but that’s just my opinion. Highly recommended and if I’m ever back in the area I’ll stay again!!! Thanks for a great experience and relaxing place!!!
