我们的房子是一座历史悠久的塔楼，建于15世纪， 2006年装修精美。3层和225平方米（ = 2400平方英尺），您可以在下面的花园中找到2间卧室、2间客厅、1间带用餐区的厨房、2间卫生间、1间书房、2个花园、1个毗邻顶楼客厅的露台和1个小户外游泳池。这座塔是城墙的一部分，最初是城墙的两倍高，但在1809年拿破仑包围城镇期间被损坏。房子/塔位于市中心，距离小镇广场和河畔酒店仅几步之遥。这套民宅配备电视、立体声系统、互联网、洗衣机、熨衣设施、洗碗机等。步行3分钟即可抵达停车位。 ---- 欢迎来到Wohlmacher 's Tower ，这是一个特殊和特别奢华的度假屋。我们于2006年修复的15世纪塔世纪，您可以在宽敞的225平方米和三层楼上找到：厨房/餐厅、两间卧室、一间书房、两间客厅--其中一间设计为阁楼，设有60平方米的露台和酒店景观，当然还有电视、互联网连接、洗衣机和烘干机。您可以在阳光明媚的花园中放松身心，无论是在带有凉亭的上花园中，还是位于历史悠久的护城河中的下花园中，那里有3 x 1.5米长的水盆和躺椅区域。享受这个田园诗歌。

Schönes Objekt, Top Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mehr Sauberkeit wäre jedoch nett !

This is an absolutely spectacular house to stay in. How often can you claim to have stay in a 15th century fortification tower. The premises has been exquisitely been restored/updated. The house is most comprehensively appointed right down to bicycles and kayaks. If you’re going to vacation in a historical town do so in style. Michael

This historic tower in the center of Scharding is built by an amazing architect. The premises are well furnished with all comforts. You can enjoy privacy and peace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There's a small pool, a beautiful garden and amazing views from the house. Friedrich has for sure a vast culture in architecture, music (you can listen Bach, Prince etc. from a great hifi system). It's more than you can expect from the pics in airbnb. It's a piece of paradise in the northern Austria, I firmly recommend it!
