The place was exactly as described and we got what we paid for! The house was huge, and more than enough space inside and out for our group of 11 + 1 dog. Previous reviews were mostly accurate in the description of the location, with a few noticeable improvements in some areas. The one thing that we weren't prepared for were the foxes. They will absolutely get into the garbage if you leave it out overnight, and are now known to steal shoes if left outside as well! Perfect location for large get togethers and social events.

Cool old house with lots of space. It's a shame it has been neglected for so long. Broken windows (one interior one exterior), glass on the floor, dirty bedding & bathrooms, dirty hot tub, dirty & stained furniture, broken entry way tiles. No working fridge and no useable large pots/pans for the induction cook top. No working fire alarms installed. Booked the place for our large family to enjoy and host Christmas for a number of family members living in the area, but had to change plans due to the non-working fridge, no large pans to cook a meal, and a dirty hot tub. Could be a really nice place for a large family/group to enjoy with a little upkeep. Place is not advertised in its current condition.

The house was very spacious and great place to gather with family. House could use some upkeep but it was functional and clean. Host was easy to work with and responded to questions in a timely manner.

The location is great but place is very dirty, The house is big but not maintained properly, hottub water was dirty, the freeze inside the house was not working, there was a door with broken grass window inside the house which was a huge safety concert for us with kids. The yard was also not maintained and cleaned. The stove was induction and there weren't enough pots and pans for that either. If the place was clean and maintained properly, this property could have been an amazing vacation home because of its location.
