This was a perfect spot to visit Teramo. Parking was nearby to the old city and easy to access so we were able to enjoy staying in the old part of town. This is a fully functioning house, their house. You can walk to food and drink, grocery, sights and still come back and have a bottle of wine or make a small snack in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Mirko e Martina si sono dimostrati flessibili per il check in e molto gentili. Ci hanno fatto trovare l'occorrente per la colazione e un assaggio del miele che producono loro. L'appartamento è molto carino e corrisponde alle foto, c'è un parcheggio gratuito a circa 200 m. Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema.

Martina’s place is so cute and she is a very friendly host! Her place is a quick walk to the bus stop, which was very convenient. The inside and outside looked as listed and we enjoyed the snacks and cake that she left for us. It is also a quick walk to the town center and train station, so you will enjoy the convenience of the area. One thing to consider is that one of the buildings next door is empty, so the birds living there will sing day and night.

L'appartamento è molto bello, appena ristrutturato, pulitissimo, composto da ampio soggiorno con grande angolo cottura e bagno di servizio al piano terra, camera da letto e bagno al primo piano, collegato con comoda scala interna. Martina ci ha lasciato tutto il necessario per fare colazione ed è stata molto disponibile per gli orari di check-in e check-out. La posizione è centralissima e quindi molto comoda, appena fuori dalla ztl, cosa utile per il parcheggio, che si trova piuttosto facilmente nelle vicinanze.
