Truly breathtaking beauty awaits you when you visit Gary’s place. It is really important to note that you need a 4x4 as it is a very bumpy road that will take an hour to drive the 16km. The cleaning lady keeps everything nice and tidy and the accommodation is stunning. Very good value for money. Take EVERYTHING that you need with you, as you will need to drive the dirt road there and back if you need anything. Very well equipped kitchen and beautiful fireplace. There is no tv or cellphone signal, which is great but can also create a hurdle or two. All and all, a fantastic outing.

A really fantastic destination and great stay. Facilities were complete and in good condition. Although the road is a bit rough - plan it in upfront. A definite recommendation from us.

Epic...Be warned, This experience is not for cry babies. again, Epic... guys this is an experience that you need to rejuvenate your soul. This place is hidden, difficult to reach but that is the purpose. The rewards will leave u speachless. Gary provides enough detail, warnings and directions to get you there and what to expect. The rest will be up to you and your wits. The two helpers are God sent. Excellent work ethic. If you are planning to go there, whatever you do, remember to carry enough groceries.

This must be the most magical, undisturbed places in SA. It far surpassed expectations... clean, pristine and a wonderful place to disconnect entirely and relax!
