This was our second time staying at a Ledges property. After the first stay, we couldn’t wait to go back. We weren’t able to get the same unit but found another lining the 18th fairway. The place was spacious and clean(at first glance). As we spent more time in the unit, we constantly noticed a lot of spiders and cockroaches. We didn’t notice any of these things at the other unit we stayed in. These units have great rooftop patios. We were not made aware that the unit we were staying in, the patio floor was being re-finished. Without any notification, we woke up to people working on the patio around 7AM. Lastly, there wasn’t much privacy. We constantly had to deal with the nextdoor neighbor kids coming around into our backyard patio area or climbing the walls. Late at night, you could hear the kids running and/or the bass from music or a surround system. We really wanted to love this unit as much as the other time we stayed at Ledges, but it wasn’t the same.

We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for our stay. The house was super clean, well equipped, comfortable, and check in/out was very easy.
