Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Whistler. Das Hostel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer süß und praktisch gestaltet. Die Lüftung im Zimmer war allerdings so laut, dass wir nachts kaum ein Auge zugemacht haben - das hat uns gestört!

Very nice location close to the lifts, and the pod was very clean and comfy. Bring sleeping eye mask and earplugs because the curtains are slightly smaller than the opening and are not blackout curtains. Even your neighbor turning on their pod light will leak light through your pod. Overall it was an okay stay. You are definitely paying for location.

My son and I had a great time. Easy to get to lifts… nice short walk. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations to help with our stay. We also met some nice people during our stay, something you don’t get as much is a hotel. Great place to relax and recharge after a great day on the slopes!

I was stuck in Whistler With no place to stay with my pup. I messaged the host and asked if they would bend the rule and allow me to stay with my dog because it was emergency. They did not get back to me. I had no choice, but to show up with my dog. The man at the desk was rude, inconsiderate, and unwilling to compromise. if they just would’ve given me a warm parking spot, I could’ve left my dog in the car. They didn’t help with anything. They said they would refund my money and then when I requested a refund through Airbnb, they refuse to honour that request. This place should be shut down. Awful customer service. Do not stay here.
