Best place to stay in Cebu! Chris was very accommodating, he responded to my concern immediately. The place was clean and safe. They offer food so there's no need to worry about buying food outside. Food deliveries were also fine to be eaten inside. enough sockets to charge your phones and laptops. Located near the pier so if you wanna go to the neighboring islands of Cebu, this is very accessible. The staff was nice too. Will definitely come back to Cebu with my family and stay again in Happynest.

Check in was a hassle, out booking was not showing up in their system. The room they let us stay in was so dirty, the guest just left the room. There were wet used towels in the bathroom and hair everywhere. The sheets were used. We had to ask for fresh blankets and was given USED and STAINED blankets and had to settle with a thin bedsheet in substitute for the blanket because the staff said they don’t have clean blankets anymore. Overall a horrible experience. I wish for a refund. We only stayed for a night and did not stay until 18th.
