Villa Zarafa is located on the hills of Nice overlooking the town in a calm residential area. With beautiful views of the city and the surrounding valley, the villa offers accommodation on different levels with independent access for each. The top, occupied by the owners is separated. Air-conditioning available on the main and lower levels. With a heated pool (seasonal timing) and terraced garden, Villa Zarafa is a unique place where guests can play boules, table tennis, or simply relax. Villa Zarafa is spread over independent levels for guests. Each has a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom area with a sofa bed that converts into two single beds, or a 160 cm retractable wall bed, as well as a bathroom and WC and kitchenettes. There is also a private outdoor area on each level. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen including a small wine cellar, a living room with dining area which opens onto a large terrace with wonderful views for outdoor meals around the large table. There is also a cozy corner for relaxing. There is a second outdoor dining area under a louvered pergola next to the swimming pool, with sofas for relaxation and a gas plancha (BBQ) for convivial moments. Free parking (up to 4 cars) on site and high-speed Wi-Fi on all levels.

Such lovely hosts and the villa is so pretty! Easy enough to get around and fantastic amenities in the villa so you don’t need to leave if you didn’t want too! Cant wait to come back already!

The property was spotless and beautifully appointed. We had access to a lovely pool and gorgeous patios to enjoy the amazing views. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of-they even brought us fresh croissants from a local bakery. They also provided refillable bus passes so that we could use the bus service to get to town. The bus service was prompt and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. le lieu est très sympa avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes de l arrière pays niçois et la mer. Jeu de boules , piscine très agréable, lieu très calme. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu . Stephen merci encore pour les bières fraîches :))) Filipe

Amazing panoramic views of Nice, the sea and surrounding hills, you can even see the snow on the mountains in the winter months. Situated In Nice, the villa is close enough to town but in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
There is a very reliable bus service to the central railway station and back from the top of the driveway. The buses 64 and 75 take approximately 10 minutes from the property to the center of town. The buses run until 9 pm in summer. From the station you can easily walk to the old town or onto the promenade. (buses are approximately euro 1.5 per person) If you dont want to walk, using the same bus ticket you can catch the tram.

My husband Stephen and I have been married for 24 years. We have a young son Raphaël and one cat. We have recently moved to Nice having spent the last 15 years in Dubai. I enjoy cooking, love reading and the outdoor life. Stephen enjoys sports (skiing) and photography. We both enjoy a good glass of wine. I have always loved travelling and over the years we have been fortunate to visit many wonderful countries and cultures.
