ευρύχωρο σπίτι,ιδανικό για μια οικογένεια.εχει κουζίνα ψυγείο και τα απαραίτητα για να μαγειρέψετε κατι.ειναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία βουλισμα που είναι από τις ομορφότερες παραλιες του Λασιθίου και είναι και πολύ κοντά στον Άγιο Νικόλαο

La maison est parfaite pour une famille de 4 souhaitant visiter l'est de la Crète. Le logement est propre, calme, avec tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner, equipé d'une climatisation qui est nécessaire en raison de la température élevée. Les hôtes sont apparus très réactifs suite aux différents échanges via une messagerie nous permettant de trouver la maison très facilement. Puis nous les avons assi sollicités une fois car il nous manquait un ustensile dans la cuisine, 5 minutes après les intéressés frappaient à notre fenêtre pour nous l'apporter. Pour conclure, si nous revenons dans cette région de ce splendide pays, nous demanderons une nouvelle fois à profiter de ce logement.

The apartment is nice and clean, nice furniture, comfortable beds, good aircon, clean shower, balcony and a terrace. The apartment is very close to Voulisma beach and supermarkets and restaurants. It is located a bit uphill that gives a seaview from the terrace, on another hand some extra exercises, but manageable - even our toddler walked to the beach and back twice per day without any issues. Dimitris and his wife gave us a welcoming wine and some food - that was very nice. There is everything what you need except probably some kitchen equipment. We cooked every day (little kid with us), so we missed some saucepans, mugs and pans of exact size, but still managed without them. I suppose for the people who do not cook 3 times per day, but go to restaurants time to time that would not be a disadvantage at all

The apartment is spacious with two big bedrooms and nice verandas. Well situated not far from the beach and good restaurants. Things to point out is that the air conditioning in both bedrooms is outdated and don’t cover the entire apartment which as a result creates a very warm living room and Kitchen especially In the warm afternoons, although the windows were kept closed when ac’s were on. Another remark is the kitchen equipment, the host did bring us essential equipment after we mentioned them such as water boiler, filter coffee maker, microwave, an extra cooking pot and frying pan, iron and kroning board, etc…in the long run though there were bowls missing to make a salad, a spatula to be able to turn food items in frying pan, a soup spoon, also the coffee cups were kids sized, There was no Bread knife and much more… There were many dusty bedcovers in the closets and really old pillows (not usable) taking space for us to place our clothes, not very comfy I must say overall. The kitchen sink had like burned marks from cigarettes. The apartment has great potential but need some love and updated equipment to qualify as Airbnb. Perhaps it’s ok to stay for a couple days but definitely not for a whole month. The neighbors staying in the same building were not welcoming, passing by and only one or two greeted, also since we cancelled our stay by one third we heard the neighbors discussing it quite loud the day before we left, thinking we could not speak the language perhaps? Also not all windows had net protecting from mosquitoes, and believe me the area is full of mosquitoes, the children left with bites all over although we had sprays and special mosquitoes protection in the room which we purchased. The host who we never managed to meet in person was helpful and replied directly to our requests, however I never met him to set somethings straight about our needs so that was also a bit sad. We had my parents in law driving us to the place and my mother in law became sick so she stayed with us, I never saw the owner to actually inform him in person. Unfortunately we will not return to this property.
