Such a great affordable spot. We had to book last minute - day of, and Jonathan was able to accommodate! Comfy bed, clean place, great communicator, and convenient location. Super cute backyard and felt safe! Thank you so much for a great quick stay! I’d definitely recommend if you just want a bed and place to decompress! Cute studio room! 5 stars! Cheers!

Jonathan’s place was comfy and perfect for the time we spent there. It had its own private entrance and was easy to get inside. Jonathan was very responsive and flexible with checkout time which was very helpful.

Great little place to regen over a couple of days. Quick drive to downtown Nashville. Interesting little neighborhood with some real surprises if you go exploring. (just look behind you!) Traffic out front is a little daunting, and maybe a little fencing out back for pup control. Otherwise well equipped and comfy!!

The room was super clean and so was the bathroom! Jonathan was super responsive and provided clear cut instructions which made the stay and check in really smooth. Would definitely recommend!

This place is excellent! Amenities are superb and go far above and beyond your average Airbnb. Two thumbs up!
