This was a family vacation and Tina’s place was perfect for us. The number of bedrooms fit our group of nine. We were a little concerned about lack windows in the downstairs bedrooms which potentially could be a problem in an emergency. This house actually has two kitchens downstairs, our suggestion is to use the one with a dishwasher. Note that there is not an ice maker in either refrigerator which required several trips out to buy ice. The kitchens have everything you need for cooking meals. The house is well furnished with seating for everyone. Plenty of games and books are available. The private boat ramp and slip at the dock were greatly appreciated. The grandkids spent hours fishing from the dock. Tina was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Parking is plentiful on site as we had two cars, two trucks and two boat trailers.

My family enjoyed the home very much. plenty of room, beds were very comfy, easy access to everything in the home. loved all the lights and ceiling fans to help keep the home comfortable. Tina was very responsive to a situation we had arrise with a block on the dock. I would definitely stay there again!!

Tina's house was wonderful. Very clean and perfect for a family group trip. 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerators was exactly what we needed. The dock was perfect to float off of. When we had questions Tina immediately answered them. We will 100% reserve again. Cannot wait to come back!

The house was loaded with so many essentials for our group from loads of kitchen utensils to so many games for us to use. Having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms was so awesome for 10 adults. The dock and water are so wonderful for renting a boat and swimming right there at the house. I would definitely give this house a huge recommendation for staying in the Ozarks!! We will be back in the future!!
