We stayed for the 2023 Ironman from Sept 27 to Oct 4. HOST: Marcos (host) met us and showed us everything, and was always available via W/A or telephone. In addition, he gave another number in case we had any issues. Marcos is extremely responsive, kind and professional. HOUSE/SETTING/VIEWS: The house sits up high off the street in a very private setting. The views of the lighthouse, sea and palisades are stunning (what you’re paying for). The moon and sunrise coming up over the water is breathtaking. The house is an older house, and there are a lot of stairs to climb, but has all the comforts needed, including comfortable beds, very large TV (w/Netflix/Amazon), A/C in the bedrooms, etc. There’s also a little plunge pool. There are numerous decks w/seating, including one outside the main floor (living), one above the house (laundry room area) and one below the main deck. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we come back to Calella

Marcos and Anthony responded immediately with any questions we had, they are incredibly friendly people and helped us make our stay one that we would never forget. The home was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen, balcony, mini pool, everything was ideal and better than we anticipated and we already had high hopes. The view from the balcony is unparalleled and something truly out of this world, it was way beyond anything that was around the area. It was a couple minute walk to the beach, downhill so it was good to get some exercise in on the way back after eating at a fantastic cafe built into the hillside by the beach below. The city was a little bit longer of a walk away, but had lots of restaurants and plenty of night life and activities. This home and vacation were perfect for our big family and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Spain for an unforgettable vacation!

We made a yearly family reunion at Villa de Luz in August. We were a group of 10 and we had such a wonderful time. The house is super spacious and has everything we needed to have a pleasant and confortable stay. The house has several ocean looking terraces and a wonderful spaniard patio where we dined al fresco every evening, so there was enough spaces in the house to chill out despite the fact we were a large group. The ocean view in the main terrace was simply spectacular! Having drinks there every afternoon was something we did not miss any day of our 15 day stay. Another highlight was the ocean looking pool! The house location is great. Strategically located right in between Calella and San Pol, both of them within short walking distance and is right in front of a very nice beach that has a really cool chiringuito serving excellent sea food and drinks. We will definitely come back!

Amazing views and great private location! The house is old but comfortable enough, with new appliances, air conditioners in the bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. We ended up not using the fourth bedroom bc it is not connected to the main house, but with an additional bed, we were able to make it work for seven of us. We enjoyed the front patio, inner yard, and roof terrace a lot! The beautiful beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house!
